Payment – Returns – Exchanges

Affiliate Merchandise

  • Payment is made through the affiliate merchant (example: Amazon).
  • For merchandise purchased through an affiliate link, you must contact the actual seller (ex: Amazon) for returns or exchanges.
  • Nature in Crisis (Happy Daze Media) in this instance is only the advertiser.

Made to Order Merchandise

  • Payment by credit card through PayPal.
  • No returns or exchanges for sizes or for change of mind for merchandise that is made to order.
  • For defective made to order merchandise send (2) clear images of the defective merchandise and a copy of your invoice to: sales@natureswildlifeandflowers.com
  • Nature In Crisis (Happy Daze Media) will determine whether you will receive a refund or exchange.

Shipping

Affiiate Merchandise

Shipping is arranged by the affiliate merchant (ex. Amazon). For shipping issues, you must contact the affiliate merchant directly.

Made to Order Merchandise

  • Shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Returns (if approved) are paid by the customer. Email for an RA # and return address: sales@NatureInCrisis.com

Sales Tax

Affiiate Merchandise

  • The sales tax will appear on your invoice at the time of purchase. For questions about sales tax contact the affiliate merchant (ex. Amazon).

Made to Order Merchandise

  • The sales tax is paid by the customer. If we are required to pay sales tax on your order it will appear on your invoice at the time of payment.

VAT Tax & Customs

  • The customer is responsible for payment of VAT Tax and Customs Duties. The VAT Tax will appear on your invoice at time of payment.
